Having a pest free work place is essential to the successful running of a business. We offer bespoke services for proactive and reactive pest control for commercial businesses in Birmingham. We have worked with a wide range of companies, from small independent shops to large manufacturing warehouses, no job too big or small.
How Do we help?
- Once your pest control appointment has been booked, your technician will arrive
- A thorough inspection of the area to identify and understand the pest problem.
- A plan of action, including an accurate quote and possible time scale will be discussed.
- An agreement can be made to carry out regular pest control visits at a scheduled frequency, throughout the year.

Premises Covered
Unless otherwise specified, the pest control service will cover the entire premises in each case. We work with all business types, internal and external.
Contracts/Pests Covered
- To deal with any infestation, if and when it may occur, speedily and efficiently
- To report any evidence of pests not covered by the contract and make recommendations about conditions at the premises where they may adversely affect the standard of pest control.

Unless otherwise specified, the pest control service will cover the entire premises in each case. We work with all business types, internal and external.

Inspection & Treatments
All premises will be covered by regular inspections throughout the year
Initial Visit
Subsequent Visits
Follow up Visits
If any infestation is found during inspections, I will make follow-up visits normally 4 – 8 days later until the problem is cleared.
Emergency call outs - No Charge
If any infestations occur between regular inspections, I will provide an emergency service, available at any hour on any day of the year (excluding Christmas Day). This service is at no extra cost.
Reports
Copies of all bait plans/check lists together with copies of all action reports and technical inspections will be left on site.
All reports will be signed by the technician and countersigned by a designated representative of the client. We will provide a suitable folder clearly marked with the company’s name and address for the retention of all related documents
The folder will also contain details of all chemicals and preparations to be used on site, plus all associated safety procedures and actions to be taken in the event of emergencies. Details of names, addresses and telephone numbers of the nearest technicians office and manager responsible for the site will be included in this folder
Extra Services
Any occasional pests not covered by the contract, will be the subject of a separate quotation. These will be negotiated with the individual site management
Preparations
All pesticides preparations and treatments will be approved by the Health and Safety Executive.
Security
I will report to the site security office. In the first instance, when visiting the clients premises. No inspections will be undertaken unless site management are aware and have given previous authority
Prices
Service prices will be negotiated annually and will remain unchanged for this time

- Establish a system of permanent rodent baiting stations in all appropriate areas (All bait boxes will be tamper resistant with a waterproof outer to protect them against damage).
Subsequent Visits
- Report to the client and discuss any problems which may have occurred since the last visit
- Carry out a thorough inspection of the entire premises
- Inspect and change as necessary all rodent baits and monitor traps
- Carry out any necessary treatments for control of specified pests
- Complete an action report and discuss this with the client. A copy of this report will be left on site
